Fontevivo 72 is positioned a few steps from San Miniato Alto, historical and peaceful town on the splendid Tuscan hills between Pisa and Florence.
On one side you can admire the entire Arno valley and on the other side enjoy the stupendous view of the Tower of Federico II.
From here you can easily reach in a short time the most beautiful cities and the charming ancient villages of Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Lucca, Pistoia. . .
It is the ideal place to enjoy quiet, serenity, culture and traditional Tuscan cuisine offered by many trattorias and restaurants in the area.
Adjacent to the estate you can find the sports center “Golf Club Fontevivo” with gym, tennis courts, 9-hole golf course and restaurant.
History
Fontevivo 72 was born as a result of the restructuring of an old barn and is composed of the manor house and three apartments each with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, solarium, private garden and parking.
Designed by the owner, architect Alessandro Mancini, who lives and works in the main house built on a hill representing a unique model of housing. The interiors, furnished in a modern and sophisticated way, are very bright thanks to large windows that overlook the solarium and the south facing private garden, from where you can admire the green valley below the Rocca of San Miniato.
