\nFrom here you can easily reach in a short time the most beautiful cities and the charming ancient villages of Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Lucca, Pistoia. . .
\nIt is the ideal place to enjoy quiet, serenity, culture and traditional Tuscan cuisine offered by many trattorias and restaurants in the area.

Fontevivo 72 was born as a result of the restructuring of an old barn and is composed of the manor house and three apartments each with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, solarium, private garden and parking.
\nDesigned by the owner, architect Alessandro Mancini, who lives and works in the main house built on a hill representing a unique model of housing. The interiors, furnished in a modern and sophisticated way, are very bright thanks to large windows that overlook the solarium and the south facing private garden, from where you can admire the green valley below the Rocca of San Miniato.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
